Ways to Meditate!

Many of us think we're meditating when we sit in silence and contemplate our problems, but we are mistaken. True meditation involves reaching a state of inner peace beyond the reach of the conscious mind. There are a number of different ways to meditate including focusing on your breathing, chanting a word or sound, and mindful observation.
